Carolyn Hamilton-Kuby, PCC, CEC

Carolyn is a proud Indigenous woman, known for her vibrant spirit, authenticity, and professionalism as a speaker and coach. She owns Morningstar Centre for Engagement in Kingston, Ontario, focusing on leadership and coach development. A PCC and Certified Executive Coach, Carolyn has been a Coach Educator with Coaching Out of The Box® since 2018 and a 5/5/5 Licensed Trainer since 2009. She co-leads three ICF CCE-approved programs and was honored in the 2024 ICF Coach Impact Awards.

Lerae Gidyk, MCC

Lerae Gidyk, MCC, is a coaching industry pioneer and Director of Certification at Coaching Out of the Box®. A Master Certified Coach since 2006, she has been active in coach education, leadership, and mentor coaching since 1999. Renowned for her intuition and ability to challenge perspectives, Lerae empowers individuals and organizations to unlock potential. She is founder of Soul Designs Coaching International Ltd. and co-founder of MCC2 International, delivering mastery-level coach education globally.
