Mirror Board (MB) provides a client framework for positive reframing and utilization of inner resources, transforming how individuals see and appreciate themselves.

EXPLORE with Mirror Board is the foundational Mirror Board (MB) course, introducing attendees to the foundational Mirror Board concepts of Reflections and Core-Self through Reframing, Envisioning/Embodying, Naming/Claiming, and the Reflectional and Aspirational Activities.

The Mirror Board Curriculum is designed to cultivate the coaching relationship, develop and enrich coaching presence, and enhance coaching range and technique. Attendees receive step-by-step instruction in the MB 3-Step Reflectional Activity and practice incorporating Mirror Board into their work with clients.
