Facilitating Transformation through Values: Self

Facilitating Transformation through Values (FTV) trains and accredits leaders, facilitators and internal change agents to deliver deeply transformational values-based leadership programs.

The purpose of FTV Self is to both teach the deep essence of the transformational work AND provide a high standard of facilitator materials that can be immediately applied to business context and/or client programs. The work bridges both universal concepts, such as unlimited potentiality and observer-created reality, whilst grounded and accessible to business interventions.

The design of each program follows a Theory U transformational process, with the content integrating many of the leading leadership frameworks including Barrett 7 Levels of Consciousness, Theory U, Adult Stages of Development, Adaptive Leadership and many sources of ancient wisdom.

Event schedule or other information/comments
The purpose of FTV Self is to develop a facilitator's Being, Doing and Knowing. We have found that experienced facilitators are looking for a way to create a greater transformational shift in their clients. The shift that is being called for is within themselves. For one to transform others, they first must expand their own Consciousness, their Being and their Presence to be an open channel for wisdom to emerge. In the FTV, each person's Presence and Being is transformed through learning the Work by living it themselves. In small groups, we coach, mentor and nurture each person for them to step into their Greatness.
