Facilitator’s Certification Program

The Facilitator’s Certification Program is a 3 day train-the-trainer container for workshop facilitators and those who coach teams.  The program is a lab environment where participants are introduced to culturally responsive teaching and learning techniques to facilitate highly engaging and inclusive workshop spaces.  

Participants will
 
– Practice level 3 listening
– Engage in agile facilitation drills to manage group tension
– Identify and assess their facilitation style
– Learn over a dozen engagement strategies for managing learners in in-person and virtual learning spaces
– Receive somatic exercises to empower holistic learning and incorporate trauma informed practices into their instructional design processes

The training includes a “teachback” where all learners practice incorporating all skills and frameworks introduced. Participants receive detailed, constructive feedback on how to elevate their facilitation skillset.  This program is both ICF CCE and SHRM PDC eligible.
