From ACC to PCC + Team Coaching: ICF Level 2 with AATC | January 2027

Already completed 60 or more hours of ICF-accredited coach training? This live virtual ICF Level 2 program takes you to PCC-level coaching with individuals, teams, and organizations. Tandem Coaching Academy’s systems coaching modules are accredited at ICF Level 2 and under ICF’s Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC), so one program builds toward both the PCC and the ACTC. Learn from MCC- and PCC-credentialed faculty through demonstrations, deliberate practice, observed coaching, written feedback, mentor coaching, supervision, and PCC-level performance evaluation. Accredited hours from your earlier training can roll into your Level 2 certificate. Choose the January US and Asia-Pacific cohort, meeting Tuesdays from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Central (Wednesday mornings in Asia-Pacific). Graduates receive Tandem’s Level 2 and AATC completion documentation. ICF awards the PCC and ACTC separately once applicants meet its experience, examination, application, and other requirements.

US and Asia-Pacific cohort, Central Time: Module 1, January 5-26, 2027; Module 2, February 2-23; Module 3, March 2-23; Module 4, April 6-27, 2027. Each module meets weekly on Tuesdays from 6:00-8:00 PM Central Time. Prerequisite: 60+ hours of ICF-accredited coach training. The program also includes mentor coaching, group supervision, performance evaluation, and ICF exam preparation for individual and team coaching.
