Ghost Light LIVE: Illuminating Fallback in Vertical Development
A transformative 6-week, live, virtual course designed for coaches eager to engage in deep exploration of their own developmental journey while learning how to accompany their clients in the practice. This program and the research that informs it debunks the myth of upward vertical development and shines a light on the shadows of growth, emphasizing the need for decline to foster authenticity, compassion, and humanity.
Utilizing the metaphor of theater we will illuminate our fallback moments—times when we operate from a less complex, capable mindset despite our potential. Participants will identify key scenes and characters in the narratives that have shaped them, uncover their origins, and explore the roles they inhabit. By becoming the director of your own development, you will rewrite your storylines, inviting all spirits of self to be acknowledged and embraced.
This intimate course is capped at 12 participants to ensure deep connection and meaningful exploration.
