Silvia Damiano

Silvia Damiano is a researcher and pioneer in applying neuroscience to leadership and personal development. As Founder & CEO of the About my Brain™ Institute, she brings 25+ years of leadership expertise to empower individuals and organizations. Silvia developed the i4 Neuroleader™ Model & Methodology, integrating neurobiology, emotional intelligence, and creativity to enhance leadership and well-being. Her work inspires leaders to adopt brain-friendly, conscious practices that foster resilience, productivity and meaningful connections. Watch her TEDx talk, “Leadership Is Upside Down“.

Relmi Damiano

Relmi Damiano is the Creative Director and Co-Founder of the About my Brain™ Institute, founded in Australia in 2009 to democratize leadership and neuroscience. She recently delivered a TEDx talk, “Biohacking Your Creative Self”, exploring creativity and intuition. Certified as a yoga and meditation teacher since 2015, she also trained as an Akashic Records Practitioner and then as an Advanced Sound Healing Practitioner with the Himalayan Yoga Association, integrating Vedic wisdom to help others align with their soul’s purpose.
