ICF Leadership Coaching Certification

This Coaching Certification Program is designed to teach you the essential skills to be an effective and powerful coach. This accredited coach training programs focuses on how to coach leaders, executives, and anyone wanting to improve their personal life or business.

You’ll learn aspects of executive and peer coaching, succession planning, delegation, leadership, and business development. You’ll also discover specific tools, techniques, and systems that develop you as a professional coach for the best results.

Our ICF coaching training is accredited by the ICF, the world’s largest coaching authority. After completing 65 hours of coach training, you receive the ACSTH accreditation. The training is conducted by two ICF Master Certified Coaches (MCC), bringing over a decade of expertise to ensure your growth as a professional coach

The Leadership Coaching Certification program, which is fully approved by the ICF, focuses on developing your Coaching Skills, within the Leadership environment.

That makes the training perfect for: Business Owners, Leaders & Executives, HR, L&D & OD Professionals, Business & Executive Coaches, Life Coaches looking to expand their skill set, Anyone interested in developing their Leadership career and Corporate professionals looking to transition into becoming a Professional Coach.

Kick-start your certification journey with approximately 18 hours of pre-study reading and video content, which you can complete at your own pace. Then, join us for two days of either VIRTUAL or FACE-TO-FACE training in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for hands-on coaching practice and advanced techniques from 9am-7pm. Full international lunch & breaks are included.
