Integrative Constructivist Coaching Diploma is a Level 1 program leading you towards an ACC credential.

It prepares you to master both principles of individual coaching (Module 1) and team & group coaching (Module 2).

The program will give you a wide framework of coaching models, tools and techniques from the constructivist perspective (personal construct, narrative, solution focused and systemic approaches).

Learning by doing is a core methodology behind the program. Simulations are embedded throughout the program, providing continuous reflection, experimentation and feedback.

Program uniquely offers AI learning system (Coachia) for support between the training session.
