Interpersonal and Coaching Skills Program
The Virtual Interpersonal and Coaching Skills Program (31 ICF CCEs) is an intensive experiential course for coaches and managers seeking to deepen their ability to build, maintain, and repair relationships while enhancing their capacity to facilitate meaningful growth and transformation.
Based on the T-Group methodology used in the renowned Interpersonal Dynamics course at Stanford Graduate School of Business, the program provides a unique opportunity to learn from real-time interpersonal experiences. Through live group interactions, participants gain insight into how their communication, emotions, and leadership presence impact others while developing greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal effectiveness.
