Leadership Agility Coaching Certification Program
Learn the integral Leadership Agility framework and the “secret sauce” of applying this framework’s concepts to your Leadership Agility Coaching. Expand your repertoire of tools, methods, and best practices, to support your clients in developing from their current level of agility to their next level.
Through instructor inputs, group discussion, lively breakout exercises, rich, case material, practice coaching and peer feedback, you will learn how to apply and integrate this sophisticated vertical development concepts and methodology into your practice. Learning is greatly enhanced by the depth and breadth of experience and wisdom brought by the coaches attracted to this program, from around the world.
Event schedule or other information/comments
Participants meet virtually 16 times, (once/ week, most weeks for 5 months). Program consists of 3 modules: Foundation (2 sessions), Methods (7 sessions), Clinics (6 sessions) and a final Capstone meeting. The next program begins on September 8, breaks for holiday weeks, and ends on February 2. This program repeats 2 times/year.
