Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being Certificate Program
The Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being executive certificate program will equip you to make positive change in your team and organizational culture. The LCOWB certificate is an ICF accredited Level 2 coaching education program where participants prepare to become either and ACC or PCC credentialed coach. This experiential program has a research-based curriculum that aligns with the ICF requirements and coaching competencies while emphasizing strengths-based approaches and methodologies. Our transformative practices deepen self-awareness, develop coaching presence, and facilitate organizational well-being.
