Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360 Full Suite Certification Workshop

The LEA 360 Full Suite Certification Workshop is designed to provide participants with a detailed understanding of the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA) 360™ assessment and prepare them to use it along with the LEA Full Suite of Companion Products. The LEA is based upon the premise that there is no one right way to lead, and that leadership behavior must be understood within the context of the organization, the role, the situation, and the individual to best determine developmental opportunities. Workshop attendees learn about the liabilities and assets associated with 22 independent leadership practices. They also practice providing feedback involving powerful coaching questions that contextualize assessment results and allow for highly individualized coaching. Coaches learn to identify the moderating effects that leadership practices have on one another, and how these relationships can be used to help leaders adjust their leadership behaviors to achieve optimal effectiveness.
