Michael Bunting

Michael Bunting is the founder of TripleGoal and creator of the Leadership Growth Profile (LGP), a 360° leadership assessment grounded in mindfulness, vertical development, and behavioural science. With over 20 years' experience, he’s coached leaders at EY, Sanofi, Novartis and more. He authored The Mindful Leader and Vertical Growth, and co-authored books with Patrick Kearney and Jim Kouzes. Michael leads the LGP Coach Certification and is a recognised expert in self-aware, high-performance leadership.

Leadership Growth Profile: Coach Certification

The LGP Coach Certification is a high-impact, evidence-based program that trains professional coaches to debrief and coach leaders using the Leadership Growth Profile (LGP) 360° assessment. Rooted in mindfulness, vertical development, and behavioural science, the LGP enables deep, lasting leadership transformation.

Coaches learn to interpret assessment results, guide self-awareness and behaviour change, and apply the Growth Matrix to connect self-regulation with core leadership practices. The program emphasises coaching presence, emotional regulation, and feedback-based development to foster reflective, values-aligned leadership.

Delivered live in a cohort format, it combines experiential learning, demonstrations, peer practice, and tools. Coaches graduate ready to lead powerful growth conversations that drive performance, learning, and culture—the Triple Goal of sustainable leadership.
