Leve 1 Training – Phase 1 – The Foundation Path: Core Skills for Coaching Success
Phase 1: The Foundational Path is where becoming a professional coach begins. This ICF-accredited program goes beyond learning coaching skills and competencies. You’ll learn to trust yourself, listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and develop an authentic coaching presence that feels like you and has a profound impact on the people you will serve as a coach.
Through live, experiential learning, real coaching practice, mentor coaching, personal development, and guidance from experienced credentialed coaches, you’ll build a strong foundation in the ICF Core Competencies while growing into the coach you are becoming.
You’ll also begin exploring your professional path by asking two important questions: How do I want to make a living as a coach? And who do I want to coach?
If coaching becomes your profession, strengthens the work you already do, or opens a path you haven’t imagined yet, Phase 1 gives you the foundation, experience, and confidence to begin the evolution of you.
Mentor coaching is woven into the Phase 1 experience and is included in your tuition, giving you personalized opportunities to receive feedback, deepen your skills, and grow your confidence as a coach.
