The MMS Institute has been training coaches to coach since 1974. We are considered the original coach training organization and the founder, Dr. Cherie Carter-Scott MCC, is considered the "Mother of Coaching".

Coaching transforms an individual’s professional and personal life. And those who are trained in the coaching method become agents of change. We've everyone from individuals to Fortune 500 company executives in the US, Europe, and Asia.

Carla Morton

Carla Morton is a PCC level, ICF Credentialed Leadership and Executive Coach. She the Executive Director of The MMS Institute of Northern California, which offers ICF Credentialed Coach Trainings and personal development workshops, created by The MMS Institute Worldwide. She is also a credentialed Mentor Coach. Her specialty is to support business leaders and professionals through critical changes in their professional and personal lives, so they can thrive as fully integrated, take-charge rockstars.

Lindsey Taylor-Vivier

Lindsey Taylor-Vivier is the Managing Director of MMS Institute of Northern
California, a coach training organization.Coaching is close to Lindsey’s heart because of the personal transformation and healing she discovered through her own journey.
Lindsey works to empower people who are ready, willing and motivated to make big changes in their lives. She is an experienced facilitator and mentor coach.

Level 1 60-Hour ICF Accredited Coach Training- Virtual MMSNorVal

This (Virtual) ICF Accredited Coach Training includes 60-hours of training along with 6 feedback sessions (3 written) and 10 mentor coaching hours. Our Training starts January 23rd and we will meet from 5PM-8:15PM Pacific Time, every other Monday and Thursday, along with two and a half weekend mornings. You will gain the skills necessary to confidently and brilliantly start coaching right away and you will also be able to sit for the ICF Exam and pass with flying colors. Along with learning the skills to coach you will do a ton of personal development. Join our Level 1 Coach Training!
