Level 3 – Mastery as a Way of Being – A Taoist Coaching Approach
For experienced coaches who know there is more beyond competence. Mastery is about becoming more of the coach you are capable of being and less about doing more.
We explore the depth of personal awareness, presence, wisdom, and self-cultivation required for truly transformational coaching. Grounded in Taoist principles, participants are given all the tools needed to trust themselves, their clients, and the coaching process at the deepest level.
Through experiential learning, coaching practice, observation, reflection, and highly personalized feedback, participants examine not only how they coach, but who they are being while they coach.
Led by two MCC coaches a combined 68 years of experience in coaching, coach education, mentoring, assessment, and professional leadership, this is a deeply human journey toward mastery with the goal being the development of coaches who are authentic, warm, wise, and able to create profound transformational conversations with confidence and greater ease.
-We meet on 3 Tuesdays per month and then at your convenience with your Mentor Coach.
-Phase 3 is intentionally designed as an intimate, highly experiential learning experience with significant individual attention.
-Tuition includes all required Mentor Coaching, observed coaching, and individualized feedback, with no additional fees for these program components.
-Participants learn within a committed cohort of experienced coaches and become part of the ongoing CoachPath Academy community, with continued opportunities for learning and connection after graduation.
-This program is designed for experienced coaches who are ready to invest deeply in their capacity for impact in the world and their authentic confidence as a human being by exploring mastery as an ongoing way of being, rather than simply the achievement of another credential.
