MANAGEMENT 3.0 FOUNTATION. Acompañar a personas, equipos y organizaciones con herramientas de Management 3.0.
Management 3.0 is a mindset and a collection of practices and tools with an agile approach that promotes autonomy and responsibility in individuals and teams. For this reason, it can provide an added value to the practice of individual and team coaching and to the accompaniment of cultural transformation processes in organisations.
Management 3.0 was developed by Jurgen Appelo to redefine leadership and to help people and teams from a systemic perspective. It is based on 6 principles from which different very practical tools emerge to work on motivation, commitment, delegation, empowerment, feedback, success and failure, incentives and competence development, among others.
In this workshop we will learn about Management 3.0 and show more than 15 tools that can be useful to accompany teams in different types of coaching challenges.
The training consists of 16 hours, distributed in 4 sessions (of 4 hours each)
