Mentor and Group Coaching Bundle
An ICF Credential applicant is required to complete 10 hours of mentor coaching consisting of two components: Three or more hours of one-on-one Mentoring Coaching time with an ICF credentialed coach, PLUS a maximum of seven hours of Group Mentor Coaching.
Participants of this program will refine their coaching skills by coaching others and hearing others coach in a virtual classroom overseen and critiqued by an ICF certified professional coach. The environment fosters real-time learning for those doing the coaching and also for those who will be listening and providing later feedback on what they saw and heard in the coaching.
This mentoring program satisfies the one-to-one Mentoring Coaching time, for the ICF requirement of credentialing candidates on the ACC (Level 1), PCC (Level 2), or either Portfolio paths to complete prior to submitting their application.

All programs and products from COTBx were developed by ICF Master Certified Coaches who are leaders in the field of professional coaching. We are an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 1 Accredited Coaching Education Program and all courses are Level 1 approved.
