Mentor Coach Certification

The program supports participant to learn a structured method of mentoring and feedback on ICF core competency framework.
The program focuses on developmental as well as competency feedback aspects to ensure long term impact for participant and their future mentees.

Learning Objectives:

1.Develop an in-depth understanding of the different roles of a mentor and application of ICF Core Competencies.
3.Articulate the difference between ACC and PCC level coaching for each Core Competence.
4.Understand the purpose of giving feedback as a Mentor Coach and to establish best practice of verbal and written feedback.
5.Introduce,understand and practice using the ICF PCC Markers as performance evaluation process.
6.Understand the roles and responsibilities of an ICF Mentor Coach for Credentialing purposes and to create appropriate documentation.
7.Understand ICF’s Code of Ethics.
8.Apply the Code of Ethics as a Mentor Coach and learn to incorporate the Code into a Mentor Coaching package.
