Mentor Coach Certification Program (commencing March 27, 2025)

The Mentor Coach Certification program is a 12 week/24 hour program developed by Sheri Boone, MCC and Jamee Tenzer, MCC that will train you to be an effective Mentor Coach.

The course will be facilitated by Jamee Tenzer, MCC and Julie Cusmariu, PCC who have been mentoring and training coaches for 19 years. In that time, they have developed a way of working with coaches that helps them to develop their coaching using the ICF core competencies and maintaining their unique coaching style.

This program will teach attendees how to work with coaches in this way to optimize the mentoring results. The program includes training and practicum and is taught in a warm and welcoming professional style.

At the end you will receive your “CMC” (Certified Mentor Coach) and earn 24 CCEUs (15 Core Competency and 9 Resource Development)
