Mentor Coach Clinics (CPD for Mentor Coaches)

Our Mentor Coach Clinics are an opportunity to engage in Continuing Professional Development to ensure your work stays fit for practice and you are offering the best possible Mentor Coaching services to the coaching community. In these clinics the Mentors will:

• Connect with other Mentor Coaches

• Share and learn together in the spirit of best practice

• Do a deeper dive on various aspects of Mentor Coaching (ICF Core Competencies, ICF Code of Ethics, assessment process and documentation, mentor coaching requirements, etc.)

The programme comprises four 2-hour webinars, spaced throughout the year, and Mentors can join any or all of these as you wish. In addition, Mentors will also be offered the optional opportunity to participate in Mentor Coaching pairs or triads with their colleagues to further deepen and practice some of the concepts and topics discussed on the webinars.

Event schedule or other information/comments
The Mentor Coach CPC Clinics is a programme for PCC Credentialed coaches who are an aspiring or practicing Mentor Coach. The programme will offer continuing professional development and sharing of best practices. This will ensure that those high standards of mentoring are sustained and nurtured through an engaged, collaborative community of Mentor Coaches. The programme will include working with recordings/transcripts for review against the ICF Core Competencies and PCC Markers. Additionally, it will include offline peer Mentor Coaching opportunities.


A total of up to 23 CCEs for the whole programme have been applied for.
