Dianne McCoy, MA, PCC

A graduate of the Executive Coaching Certificate (CEC) program at Royal Roads University, for the past decade Dianne has been a faculty team member and Mentor Coach on the application of the ICF PCC core competencies.

Credentialed with the ICF, she is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), trainer for Coaching Out of the Box and the Expedition Coaching program and is an Executive Coach for the Canadian College of Health Leaders.

Dianne has held several Executive Board positions with the ICF Prairie Chapter serving Manitoba and Saskatchewan coach members.

Jackie McConaghy, MA, PCC

Jackie McConaghy, MA, PCC

Jackie obtained her Certificate in Executive Coaching (CEC) and has completed the Professional Mentor Coaching program through Royal Roads University; she is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation.

A certified trainer with the Expedition Coaching program, Jackie has been acknowledged as a Mentor Coach with an approach that is affirming, thought-provoking and grounding.

Jackie has served several terms on the Executive Board with the ICF Prairie Chapter.

Mentor Coaching

Join Dianne and Jackie for 10.5 hours of Virtual (Zoom) Mentor Coaching which includes Group and Individual Mentor Coaching sessions.

As described and mandated by ICF, “Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.”
