Tracy Sinclair

Tracy Sinclair is a MCC with the ICF. She runs her own professional development business and coaching practice which extends across a wide range of organisations and industries as well as private clients. Tracy works as a Mentor Coach with coaches working towards their ACC or PCC credentials. She also offers supervision to both new and experienced coaches as part of their on-going professional and personal growth. Tracy has been teaching and training leaders for the last 20 years and a trainer of professional coaches for the last 5 years. Tracy is an ICF Assessor.

Hilary Oliver

Hilary Oliver is a MCC with the ICF. For the last 15 years she has run her own professional development business and coaching practice which extends across a wide range of organisations and industries as well as private clients. She coaches internationally and provides Mentor Coaching services for people wanting to obtain ACC or PCC credentials. As a Coach Supervisor she offers supervision for Internal and External coaches. She runs her own coaching practice and is a trainer of professional coaches.

Mentor Coaching Group Programme

A Virtual Programme to Meet the Coach Mentoring Requirement for Your ICF ACC or PCC Credential
If you are working towards your ICF ACC or PCC Credential, getting ready to renew your ICF ACC credential or are simply keen to refresh and re-immerse yourself in the ICF Core Competencies and continue your development as a coach, this programme is perfect for you!

The package has four simple steps:

Individual programme preparation (1.5 hours)
Four, two-hour online Group Mentor Coaching sessions (8 hours)
Three hours of 1-1 Mentor Coaching sessions (3 hours)
Peer coaching sessions in-between each online session focussing on specific ICF Core Competencies as the programme progresses (6 hours)
This programme fulfil the 10 hours of coach mentoring required for an ICF Credential application or renewal.

The programme takes 4-6 months to complete and is accredited with 18.5 Core Competency CCEs or 10 hours of Mentor Coaching plus 8.5 Core Competency CCEs.
