We are Professional Mentor Coaches, have experience as PCC Assessors, and we have experience providing new and experienced coaches with feedback on their coaching skills and how they align with the ICF coaching competencies. ICF mentor coach renewal and achieving PCC and ACC credential.

Jackie McConaghy, MA, CEC, PCC
As a leadership coach, I understand organizational systems, politics, team dynamics, and employee engagement and use these as levers to create results for my clients. My focus is working with international leaders at all levels within their organizations. Commonly, I work with leaders on their executive communication style, strategic thinking, development of their vision, enhancing their influence, and encouraging self-care strategies. Helping leaders connect with their teams is important to me.

Dianne McCoy, MA, CEC, PCC
A speaker, executive coach, and facilitator with experience in supporting leaders in leadership development, coaching, change management, human resources, training, and administrative management.
My experience in living and working internationally has provided me with an appreciation for different perspectives and cultures including what we can learn about each other and together. Assisting in navigating their journey, being there to assist and determining how to navigate those changes.

Mentor Coaching – ICF ACC & PCC Credential Achievement/Renewal

Group Mentor Coaching
We can learn more from others when we share our knowledge and experience in a group setting. Sessions include ICF competency discussion as well as activities and resources to support your understanding and practice of the competencies. Live coaching demo and mentor coaching debrief with written feedback. Led by PCC mentor coaches.

Individual Mentor Coaching
One-on-one mentor coaching to hone in on where you need to amplify your coaching. ICF PCC mentor coach will review your live or recorded coaching call and discuss the ICF coaching competencies and how they are showing up in your coaching and where you need to apply more focus on a particular area.

Over three months of practice and mentoring you will have a stronger understanding and confidence in the ICF competencies to support your ICF ACC or ICF PCC renewal or credential achievement.
