Neurodiversity in Coaching: Context and Skills for Effective Practice
This cutting-edge multi-part professional development programme for coaches brings together leading thinkers and practitioners to help coaches understand the opportunities, challenges and developments within neurodiversity.
Awareness of, and adaptability to, neurodiversity is becoming ever more important within coaching, education and the workplace and it is critical that, as coaches, we respond to this.
Likewise coaches themselves may need to work with their own neurodiverse traits that shape how they practise as a coach.
This 20-week programme consists of 16 weekly deep-dive lectures as well as 4 facilitated consolidation sessions and will take you on a journey of in-depth learning that sets out to provide both sound theoretical and social context as well as practical knowhow for coaching.
This programme is delivered in a live-virtual seminar style, providing you with opportunities to learn alongside your peers from around the world.
