Open House for Schema-Based Coaching Supervision AACS
Every coach brings more into supervision than the case they came to discuss.
Schema-Based Supervision trains experienced coaches to see what moves between client, coach and supervisor — the early patterns that shape what a practitioner notices, avoids and repeats — and to work with it in a way that is systemic, reflective and ethically grounded.
Sixty-four contact hours across twenty-four weeks. Live and virtual. ICF-accredited. Come, join us and learn more.
You will leave able to hold supervision as a developmental space rather than a case review: to name a schema at work without labelling the person, to notice your own pulls in the room, and to carry the ethical weight of the role.
Taught by Daniela Aneva, MCC, ACTC, EMCC ESIA-accredited coaching supervisor, author of Schemas in Coaching Supervision and Schemas in Leadership.
