The Center for the Advancement of Well-Being (CWB) is located at George Mason University, serving university populations and external audiences. Our senior scholars and scientists are engaged in research that deepens our understanding of the science of well-being and evidence-based practices. CWB offerings include programs and resources for students, faculty, and staff along with executive education programs for organizations, agencies, and individuals.

Ellen Fulton

Ellen Fulton, MCC, has extensive experience working with thousands of leaders across five continents and multiple industries. She challenges clients to do their inner work since success is directly proportional to self-awareness. As Associate Faculty at GMU’s Center for the Advancement of Well-Being and Managing Principal of the Washington Coaching Group, Ellen leads several coach education offerings to include the Masterful Coaching Course practicum and Conversations2Mastery.

OPEN HOUSE – Level 3 Masterful Coaching Course

Join our virtual open house where you can learn more about our Level 3 Masterful Coaching Course and connect with our MCC faculty.

Designed for PCC-credentialed coaches who wish to develop the art and skill of a masterful coach, the five-month program is a practicum that includes in-depth instruction and exploration of various advanced coaching topics, including: partnership and performance, coaching presence, vulnerability, assumptions, bias, confidence, and more. Participants will observe MCC coaches in action, and they will use these coaching demonstrations to label masterful coaching distinctions. Experienced coaches will expand their perspectives and deepen their understanding of their approach to coaching with many opportunities to practice, receive feedback, and meet one-on-one with a MCC Mentor Coach.

Graduates will have met the ICF Coaching Education requirements needed to apply for the Master Certified Coach (MCC) Credential using the MCC Application Path.
