Positive Psychology Coaching: Mentorship
Throughout the mentorship, you’ll be guided by experienced WBI faculty members within a mentoring circle—a small group of classmates who are also very close to completing their certification. You’ll learn new skills and material, share experiences and observations from your coaching sessions, demonstrate your skills, give and receive support and feedback, tackle coaching challenges together, and even help each other take the practical steps to establish thriving practices. Chances are, you and your mentoring circle will choose to stay together long after your certification is complete!
During the mentorship, you’ll apply your skills with real clients, working through full coaching engagements, observing your coaching style, stretching yourself, and gaining the fluency and confidence that come from real-world experience, feedback, and support. If you don’t have coaching clients yet, we will share strategies and support you as you brainstorm how to find them.
Circle Webinars: Mondays, 4–5:30 pm ET
Enrollment: To maintain the personalized and interactive peer learning experience of the Coaching Mentorship, this course enrolls a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 students.
The Coaching Mentorship program is the final step of the process to become certified as a Positive Psychology Coach. Once you’ve completed the required pre-requisite courses for certification, you’ll be able to register for our mentorship program to further develop your coaching fluency and confidence.
Please note: this course can only be taken as part of the Positive Psychology Coaching Certification Program.
