Preparing to Lead

Leadership often begins before the title feels real.

Preparing to Lead is a virtual leadership summit for coaches, chapter leaders, board members, committee leaders, and emerging leaders preparing for their next level of responsibility.

This summit creates space to pause before urgency takes over. Through four focused sessions, participants will explore how to clarify what they are stepping into, shape the story that carries the work, notice the resistance that rises when responsibility gets real, and protect the people, trust, and energy their leadership depends on.

Each session includes teaching and guided integration so participants can begin applying the ideas to the leadership moment in front of them.

This experience is designed for leaders who want to enter service with more clarity, care, steadiness, and intention.
