Professional Coaching Skills Certification (Level 1)
The Certification is tailored for anyone looking to develop their coaching skills and for those who want to become professional life coaches, career coaches, and leadership & executive coaches. It is led by ICF-accredited PCC coaches.
During the training you will gain theoretical and practical knowledge. You will learn about and practice:
– The ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics,
– Evidence-based models & theories to better understand what might be happening for your clients and the coaching strategies to support them,
– Coaching tools to enable your clients to expand their thinking in a creative way.
Cohorts are 8 people maximum to allow for the optimal learning experience.

The classes are held every Tuesday between September 12th and November, 1pm to 5pm UK time. There are 12 half-days of live instruction with an experienced ICF PCC-credentialed coach and trainer.Once classes are over, you will complete your learning with self-paced study and individual mentor coaching.
