From the course description:
In this course participants learn to use psychological tools, theories and frameworks to create transformational change opportunities for their clients.
Exploring points of tension between different schools of psychology, including psychoanalysis, behaviorism, developmental psychology, cognitive psychology, evolutionary psychology, positive psychology, and Buddhist psychology, the course focuses on three key questions:
1. How do we become who we are?
2. Can people change and, if so, how?
3. How can we as coaches create the optimal context for our clients to change in the ways that they want to change?
This course is delivered over zoom, with weekly group coaching calls.
