Rocket Model™ Teams Certification: Learn the Practical Skills Needed to Scale Effective Teamwork
When it comes to building teams. With so many team frameworks and models out there. Where do you even start? How often do you get asked to do team building? Would you be more effective if you had a comprehensive, easy-to-use tool kit for assessing and building high performing teams?
The Rocket Model Certification Workshop provides you with the tools and skills needed to accurately diagnose and improve team performance. During this highly interactive five-module workshop you will analyze six team case studies and learn how to properly launch new teams, fix broken teams, combine teams, help matrixed teams get from good to great, consult with groups (versus teams), work with virtual and C-suite teams, and embed teams into leadership development, executive on-boarding, and high potential programs. You’ll also learn how to set up and facilitate different team building activities and how to position, market, sell, price, and scale team solutions to clients.
Audience: HR Business Partners, L&D and OD staff, and external consultants. Over 1,200+ participants have attended Rocket Model Certification Workshops.
Materials: Six team case studies, module PPT decks, Ignition: A Guide to Building High Performing Teams (Curphy, Nilsen & Hogan, 2019), facilitator support materials (PPT decks, forms, handouts, and articles for 40 team building activities), and one Team Assessment Survey for use with clients.
Pre-work: 60-90 minutes of preparation work is required before each module. Some pre-work assignments are done individually; others are completed in learning teams.
