This program uses the S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ assessment and Toolkit to build self-awareness and emotional intelligence and equips your clients with the with strategies and skills to:
– Nurture their psychological safety and wellbeing
– Mitigate their biases to improve decision making
– Manage their triggers and stress for improved health
– Communicate their needs to deepen relationships
– Embed new habits and behaviors to improve overall effectiveness
Get direct access to the experts and learn from neuroscientist Dr Dan Radecki and Leonie Hull, ABL co-founders and authors of ‘Psychological Safety: the key to happy, high-performing people and teams’.
Time spent on activities will vary according to your prior learning, coaching competency and general learning style and preferences.
Learners must complete all module work, activities and assessments and successfully complete a live 90-minute debrief with an assessor to become accredited. This includes a commitment to a live 30-60 minute virtual session with a learning partner each week.
