Using the S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ Assessment and Toolkit to create self-awareness, this 8-week virtual accreditation equips you to conduct personal 1:1 S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ debrief coaching sessions. Successful completion also qualifies you to enrol in the Team S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ Accreditation to become a team workshop facilitator.

Whether you are an independent or in-house coach, consultant or trainer differentiate your practice with this unique, scientifically credible offering and help people gain insight into their psychological safety needs and how to best manage and nurture them to improve wellbeing, performance and relationships.
