Scientist of Yourself® Accreditation for Coaches – An exploration

This open event provides an overview of the Scientist of Yourself® Accreditation for Coaches training program (16hrs core competencies, 6 hrs resource development). It will explore core content and methodology along with a Q&A. It will be delivered by CHX Director of Learning & Coaching, Jonathan Hook.
Most coaching development programmes are top down – psychology driven, focused on thought. Scientist of Yourself® methodology is bottom up, exploring the underpinning biology of the human capacity required to meet the many and changing demands of modern leadership. This methodology provides coaches with powerful insights to themselves as well as a unique set of tools, frameworks and content that provide clients an intuitive, innovative, bottom-up approach to understanding themselves, their challenges and a route to have the capacity to be the capable leader they want and need to be.
