SOAR is a focused, high-caliber developmental journey for credentialed coaches preparing to demonstrate advanced mastery. Our structured sessions engage in mentor coaching, reflective supervision, and recorded session review aligned with ICF Core Competencies and Performance Evaluation Criteria. The emphasis is experiential and developmental rather than instructional: real coaching, rigorous feedback, reflective inquiry, and expanded presence.

Participants deepen their ability to evoke awareness through the client’s language and wisdom, strengthen alignment, and refine subtle skills such as not-leading, non-directional questioning, attuned silence, and containment. You will gain meaningful clarity on strengths and growth edges, integrate feedback across multiple sessions, and grow in confidence as you embody Mastery-level coaching.
