Sara is a mother of 22 years old twin daughters, entered corporate life at the age of 18, and has worked in Human Resources for 27 years.

Sara started her coaching journey in 2019 studying the Somatic Thinking Coaching Methodology through which she learned that coaching is not about learning more, on the contrary, coaching is about “Releasing the Excess” of external inputs and looking within to be the authentic version of yourself.

Discover the essence of transformative coaching with the Online Somatic Thinking Level One Journey, meticulously designed for individuals seeking to achieve a profound balance and harmony in their lives and coaching practices. Under the expert guidance of professional certified coaches and the visionary supervision of Samer Hassan, MCC, this online program offers a flexible yet impactful path to becoming a Somatic Thinking Certified Coach.

This is the Foundation Level of a Level 2 ICF-accredited journey, the Individual Coach Training (STIC), spans 79 hours of intensive, interactive online sessions, spread across two sessions a week for 18 group sessions, followed by 5 individual coaching and mentoring sessions. This program is the gateway to the professional coaching world, accredited by the ICF and rooted in the potent Somatic Thinking™ coaching methodology.

Group sessions will be held on Mondays and Thursdays, commencing on September 9th. Each week, there will be two sessions, each lasting three hours, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (GMT+3).
