Systemic Team Coach Certification
The Systemic Team Coach Program addresses the challenges emerging from the collectiveness of teams, systems, and individuals and coaches them to be aware of the dynamics and dysfunctions to enable and empower them to lead with objectivity and authenticity.
The program is for experienced coaches and OD consultants who already have some coaching or facilitation experience and want to deepen their practice. Typically, participants include experienced organizational consultants, executive coaches, business/team leaders, and training managers who participate in the program learn the process of team coaching and nuances around that.
With ICF recently announcing Team Coaching competencies, organizations are increasingly recognizing the value coaching can add to the culture of the teams for sustainability and growth.
