This course if for Coaches and Coaching Supervisors who are
Looking to go beyond the mere understanding of the ICF Code of Ethics
Seeking to develop their ethical maturity as defined as the “reflective , rational and emotional capacity to decide what actions are right and/or wrong, having the courage to do it and being publicly accountable. (Carroll & Shaw 2010)

As coaches and coaching supervisors we are called inward, often multiple times a day, to check in our integrity and the integrity of our process with clients.

We may find ourselves conflicted with what is present for the client situation and with how we are engaging with it. Growing as a coach and coach supervisor requires us to develop our Ethical Maturity.

We need the time and space for reflecting on our reflections and to discern the meaning to us individually, collectively and in conjunction with those we serve.
