The Confident Grief Coach (CGC): The Advanced Certified Grief Coach Essentials of Coaching
The Essentials of Coaching program is a course designed for students to up-level their competency and coaching based on the International Coaching Federation core competencies. We provide a learning environment to empower our students by integrating ICF coaching core competencies with tools to coach clients in a safe, ethical and transformative co-creative coaching process to help our clients pursue their personalized goal(s).

1. Live Virtual Group Sessions:Six bi-weekly, two-hour group coaching sessions
2. Self-Study Components:
Completion of six video training classes
Required reading
Five post-video learning evaluations
3. Mentor and Peer Coaching:
Three one-hour one-on-one mentor coaching sessions
Six one-hour peer-to-peer coaching sessions
4. Performance Evaluations:
Observed coaching performance evaluation
5. Review and completion of coaching evaluation forms for four demonstration videos
6. Exam Preparation:
Review of the ICF credentialing requirements and exam preparation materials
