The Mentor Coaching Group #74 PCC-ACC skill level commencing February 6, 2024 (February 6 – April 23, 2024)
Suitable for coaches:
* Preparing for their ACC or PCC credential application, requiring 10 hours of mentor coaching
* Renewing your ACC or PCC credential and wanting 30 hours of Core Competency CCEs, providing new learning and upgrades to their coaching
* Re-certifying at ACC, requiring 10 hours of mentor coaching (plus earn up to 20 additional hours of Core Competency CCEs)
* Preparing to apply for first credential (ACC or PCC) and requiring some supplemental coach-specific education, toward coaching training hours.
Event schedule or other information/comments
Group mentoring dates: Tuesday February 6*, 20, March 5, 19*, April 2, 16*, 23, 2024, from 11am – 1pm Eastern/New York time (5pm - 7pm Central European Time). Please note that Feb 6, Mar 19, Apr 16 commence 30 minutes earlier.Plus 3, 1-hour individual mentoring sessions to be used up to 3 months after end of group sessions, if needed.
This program has a total of 30 hours of core competency CCEs you can split for mentor coaching hours (10 hours), or up to 30 hours of coach-specific training, or toward renewing your credential.
This is a combination of group and individual mentoring designed for optimal learning in a small group environment (only 7-10 participants). You have access to an EXCLUSIVE library of 40+ coaching sessions of MCC, PCC and ACC coaching. You may coach a non-coach client in the group environment which provides great learning opportunities. You receive written core competency feedback each time you coach.
