The Mentor Coaching Group #78 MCC skill level commencing Sept 23, 2024 (Sept 23 – Dec 9, 2024)
Suitable for coaches:
* Preparing for their MCC credential application, requiring 10 hours of mentor coaching, or want to ensure their skill level is at MCC before applying in the future.
* Renewing their MCC credential and requiring 30 hours of Core Competency CCEs
* Seeking to continually develop their coaching skills to next level of mastery
* Have at least 1000 logged coaching hours and will need to renew PCC credential before being ready to apply for MCC.
*Have at least 1000 logged coaching hours and want to be coaching at MCC skill level and correct any “poor” coaching habits now.
Event schedule or other information/comments
Group mentoring dates: Monday Sept 23, Oct 7, 21, Nov 4, 18, Dec 2, 9, 2024 from 11am – 1pm Eastern/New York time (5pm - 7pm Central European Time)Plus 3, 1-hour individual mentoring sessions to be completed up to 3 months after end of group sessions.
This program has a total of 30 hours of core competency CCEs you can split for mentor coaching hours (10 hours), or up to 30 hours of coach-specific training, or toward renewing your credential.
This is a combination of group and individual mentoring designed for optimal learning in a small group environment (only 7-10 participants). For the time of our mentoring, you have access to an EXCLUSIVE library of 40+ coaching sessions of MCC, PCC and ACC coaching. You may coach a non-coach client in the group environment which provides great learning opportunities. You receive written core competency feedback each time you coach.
