The Mentor Coaching Group #79 MCC skill level commencing February 11, 2025 (Feb 11 – May 6, 2025)
Suitable for coaches who:
* Want to partner with a highly experienced mentor coach who has mentored 200+ coaches who have received their MCC credential. https://carlyanderson.com/celebrating-200-mcc-coaches-mentored-so-far
* Are preparing for their MCC credential application, requiring 10 hours of mentor coaching with a highly experienced MCC mentor coach and long-time, active ICF MCC assessor.
* Do not want to participate in a 75 coaching education hours, Level 3 coaching education program, because they already have enough coaching education hours. For information about Level 3 MCC coaching education versus the MCC focused CCEs mentor coaching program I offer, visit FAQs page, “Are you Level 3 Accredited for MCC skill level?” https://carlyanderson.com/faqs
* Have accumulated around 180 hours of coaching education, and only require 20 hours of CCEs + 10 hours of mentor coaching.
* Need 30 Core Competency hours (CCEs) toward renewing your PCC credential.
Plus 3, 1-hour individual mentoring sessions to be completed up to 3 months after end of group sessions.
A combination of group & individual mentoring designed for optimal learning in a small group environment (7-10 participants). For the time of our mentoring, you have access to an EXCLUSIVE library of 40+ coaching sessions of MCC, PCC and ACC coaching that has passed ICF assessments. You may coach a non-coach client in the group environment which provides great learning opportunities. You receive written core competency feedback each time you coach.
Also suitable for PCC coaches:
* With at least 1000 logged coaching hours and need to renew their PCC credential
* Who have at least 1000 logged coaching hours and want to be coaching at MCC skill level and correct any “poor” coaching habits now, so they can integrate MCC skills over time
