The Mindful Coach Method
The Mindful Coach Method(tm) teaches a unique mindfulness-based coaching framework featuring The Somatic Insight Cycle(tm).
Taught by Mindful/Somatic coach trainer Brett Hill, founder of The Mindful Coach Association, who created the method by taking powerful skills he learned studying mindfulness-based somatic psychology, meditation, and other mindfulness-based practices and adapting them specifically for coaching.
The method goes far beyond traditional mindfulness training. You’ll learn how to use mindfulness in sessions as a coaching resource as well as powerful somatic interventions to help clients go deeper.
