Coach Advancement by Tracy Sinclair offers a wide range of coach training programmes and services for professional coaches and organisations building coaching culture.

Tracy Sinclair

Tracy Sinclair is a MCC with the ICF. She runs her own professional development business and coaching practice which extends across a wide range of organisations and industries as well as private clients. Tracy works as a Mentor Coach with coaches working towards their ACC or PCC credentials. She also offers supervision to both new and experienced coaches as part of their on-going professional and personal growth. Tracy has been teaching and training leaders for the last 20 years and a trainer of professional coaches for the last 5 years. Tracy is an ICF Assessor.

Hilary Oliver

Hilary Oliver is a MCC with the ICF. For the last 15 years she has run her own professional development business and coaching practice which extends across a wide range of organisations and industries as well as private clients. She coaches internationally and provides Mentor Coaching services for people wanting to obtain ACC or PCC credentials. As a Coach Supervisor she offers supervision for Internal and External coaches. She runs her own coaching practice and is a trainer of professional coaches.

The Science and Art of Coaching

The Science and Art of Coaching is part of our Level 1 ICF-accredited coaching education diploma programme. This complete package offers the coach-specific training hours required for those who may wish to apply for their ICF ACC credential and provides 76.25 ICF-accredited coaching education hours.

The Level 1 Diploma Programme package includes:
-The Science and Art of Coaching (Coaching Education) (10.5 days of learning in our virtual classroom)
-Access to a coaching Resource Pack and in-depth ICF Core Competency video series.
-Live Practice Peer Coaching Groups.
-Complete Mentor Coaching Programme.
-Performance Evaluation and Certification (at ACC Level).
-Access to post-programme Coach Advancement Alumni Community with associated alumni benefits.
