The Center for Health and Wellness Coaches strives to support the professional development of health and wellness coaches by sharing resources, providing information and knowledge, cultivating community, and providing health and wellness coaching certification review resources.

Our mission is to support the professional development of health and wellness coaches, share knowledge and resources alongside evidence-based practices, offer collaboration and networking opportunities for health and wellness coaches, and advocate for certification and standards of practice.

Clare Norman

Clare Norman, founder of Clare Norman Coaching Associates, is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, author, mentor coach, and coach supervisor.

Jessica Singh

Jessica Singh, MD, founder of the Center for Health and Wellness Coaches, is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a National-Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and a formerly practicing emergency medicine physician.

The Transformational Coach Reading Challenge

The Transformational Coach Reading Challenge involves reading and discussing Clare Norman’s book: The Transformational Coach: Free Your Thinking and Break Through to Coaching Mastery.

This reading challenge is approved for 2 CE Units by NBHWC. It is also approved for 2 CE Units in Core Competencies and 1 CE Unit in Resource Development by ICF.

In this guided reading challenge, coaches will receive weekly emails from Dr. Jessica Singh to support them as they read the book. Coaches will have the opportunity to reflect on the material and connect with fellow coaches in a private Facebook group.

The Transformational Coach Reading Challenge will occur over 8 weeks, beginning on February 5, 2024, and ending on April 3, 2024.

All coaches are expected to read the book, follow the weekly reading schedule, and participate in the live discussions.
