Trained directly by Julie Rice MCC, you will master the Transformational Coaching Conversation Framework with proprietary Laser Question Models, and the Interpersonal Intelligence Model which is coaching at the level of beliefs, values and unconscious drivers.

Delivered live online over 15 weekly two-hour classes, structured pre-reads and peer practice. Cohorts are deliberately limited for personalised attention.
