Upside

Our vision is to support coaches to bring their wisdom to life by using the revolutionary problem actioning Upside methodology. The unique visual process formulates breakthrough questions, describes success, visually maps out dilemmas, identifies limiting thinking and behaviour patterns, expands perspectives via feedback, resources and gains commitment to real change.

We train coaches in Upside at our 2.5 day accreditation retreats 3 - 4 times a year in different global locations. Currently we have a growing community of 55 accredited Upside coaches.

Barry Kaplan

Barry has coached hundreds of executives and works extensively with leadership teams, boards and small groups. Barry recently co-authored a book entitled, The Power Of Vulnerability: How to Create a Team of Leaders by Shifting Inward, inspired by his own experiences.

Maryanne Mooney

In the past 25 years, Maryanne has worked in 5 Continents with more than 10,000 leaders and teams focused on leadership, team and organization development, across all industry sectors.

Her experience includes building two market-leading consulting firms, and currently, Maryanne works with leading organizations throughout the world at both a strategic and tactical level. Maryanne’s accelerated development method is outlined in her recently published book – The Worthy Leader – From Mastery to Potential.

UpsideTM is a revolutionary coaching method that incorporates coaching, systems theory, constellation theory, adult learning principles and action planning. By visually representing challenges as maps, UpsideTM uncovers behavior patterns and assumptions to facilitate deep exploration of our internal world towards a desired outcome.
