Jan Georg Kristiansen

Jan Georg Kristiansen can be introduced as ‘Jan’ who by profession is the economist, teacher, CEO and researcher, while ‘Georg’ is the curious client focused person that in 2005 became Norways 1st MCC ICF-coach.
Since 1998 he introduced Erickson Coaching into the Norwegian market, from 2004-2025 as CEO and faculty lead for Erickson Norway branch. Already 2008 he published 2 corporate coaching books together with a corporate client who won ‘1st Prize Best Competence building company in Norway.

3 brains ‘noticing’ – a mentoring & coaching tool for ‘noticing’ the inner dialogues between clients 3 brains (head-heart-gut)

At this live mentor coaching workshop my clients will be one coach PCC and one coachee PCC aiming at their MCC.
The audience will observe what is happening from the ‘tribune’ when the coach supported by mentor notices trends, shares observations, patterns of behaviour and facilitates client insight from a clients 3 brains perspective.
